No Furniture:(

Okay so this is us in our new apartment without furniture. Check out those sweet camping chairs. We finally did get furniture a few days ago. It is nice to have a couch.

This is when we didn't have a bed. We would wake up every morning and our bodies would hurt so bad. I think I'm getting old. We really felt like we were camping. We got a bed but they brought us two twins instead of a queen. I make Jeremy sleep on the other side of the room. Ha ha not really we pushed them together and are making it work.

Yes that is a Wal-Mart shopping cart and yes it is in my apartment. Let me tell you it really sucks not having a car. I walked to Wal-Mart and then as I was leaving I thought I would be a tough guy and carry all my groceries home. Well I forgot that I bought like 10 cans of food and like everything that weighs a ton. The sacks started to rip, I felt like I was the kid on Home Alone, so I decided that I should just take the cart. I was so embarrassed as I was walking home I got some really weird looks from people. I didn't want to leave the cart outside so I put it in the elevator and took it on up to our apartment. Rest assured I will return it.

Great Church Song!!!

So Jeremy has been looking for a certain church song since he got home from his mission. Last night he got a brilliant idea to google it. Guess what he found it on the first try. I listened to it last night and I really liked it so I thought I would share the website with you.
http://www.apmcd.com/ The song was written by missionaries in the Australian Perth Mission. The song that Jeremy was looking for is called My Lord, My God. It is really good. The rest of the songs are great too, but this one is by far the best.

Easter

This is us at the mall on Saturday. There is a huge mall half a mile from our Apartment. I think I will be doing a lot of shopping.

Happy Easter to everyone. It really didn't feel quite like Easter this year. I guess I'm so used to Mom going crazy with all the festivities. Me and Jeremy did dye Easter Eggs. I made Deviled Eggs with them later. Some of the eggs got dyed blue and Jeremy had a hard time eating them. I assured him that it said on the box that the dye wouldn't hurt him.

Brookfield Wisconsin

This is Jer on our long journey to Wisconsin. He is wearing my sun glasses. Maybe I should buy him his own pair. I think deep down he liked the leopard print on them.

As you can see in the back ground we had some rough weather on our drive out.

Here are some pics of our apartment. It is really nice. I really love the fireplace (it's much better than my old Christmas tree lights).

Don't judge my decorating. I didn't bring very much.

No Mom I haven't had the chance to iron the bed skirt ha ha I don't know if that will happen.

Oh how sad we still don't have a TV. I never really considered myself a big time TV watcher but I'm sure missing it now.

Look how cute my shower curtain is. I was excited about this purchase.

These are the couches. There not the most comfortable couches in the world but they'll do.

This is a view into the kitchen.

The kitchen. Can you believe I have a dish washer now. YEAH!!!

The kitchen again.

Our table.
